I love sci fi but only if it’s written by women bc? their ideas will extend past self-insert wish-fulfillment and they will really push the boundaries of the genre in terms of race, sexuality, gender, class. the concepts are unique and they are always executed so masterfully as opposed to some white guy whose whole premise is “this is Josh Ranger Gun and he uses two vintage laser guns to shoot hot women in the asshole. also he has white hair/a cool scar/some other inconsequential trait meant to distinguish him” Like @men you need to get good and learn how to write soon xo
