I shouldn’t have to say this but please please please be kind to every retail/customer service worker you interact with this black friday/ holiday season

They’re tired and overworked and underpaid and have definitely already been yelled at by 10+ people that day alone for things completely out of their control

So instead of being the asshole that finally makes them cry because you didn’t read the fine print on your coupon and you think that makes it okay to shoot the messenger maybe be understanding and kind
