Solas says he can permanently end the war/invasion or close all the eluvians, or whatever the big threat is by using your mark, but the price is the Inquisitor’s life. The mark consumes you.

Or you can choose to live and somewhat resolve the threat, but the consequences of not completely destroying whatever are unforeseen.

Option 1 (blue): Solas can use your mark to help you control the qunari

Option 2 (red): Solas can use your mark to help you DESTROY ALL QUNARI INCLUDING BULL AND STEN

Option 3 (green) : Solas can use your mark to help you FUSE THE QUNARI WITH ALL OTHER LIVING THINGS. ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE QUN.
